Bringing together the worlds of fine dining and remarkable winemaking, this special evening promises a rare celebration of craftsmanship, heritage and excellence. Throughout the experience, Mathieu Roland-Billecart, President and CEO of Champagne Billecart-Salmon, and Jean-Marie Fourrier, Owner and Winemaker of Domaine Fourrier, will personally guide guests through a curated selection of outstanding vintages, sharing the stories, expertise and passion behind each wine.
To accompany this exceptional tasting, Hélène Darroze has created a bespoke five-course menu inspired by the finest seasonal produce. Each course has been carefully crafted to complement and enhance the character of the Champagnes and wines, celebrating the elegant expression of Pinot Noir showcased throughout the evening.
